Chinook Energy was founded in reaction to the owner's experience with another renewable energy provider. They could not understand a customer's interest in a system that would be a net energy producer. The economies of scale that come with larger wind turbines was not what they were interested in. Instead, they just wanted to sell the one system that they carried. That is why one of our goals is to find the best solution for your needs.

Our biggest goal is to be a source of information for renewable energy. If we don't have the answer we will get you in contact with someone who does. The biggest problem with the renewable energy market is getting easy honest answers and finding a company that listens to your needs in finding the system that is right for you.

Our lines of wind turbines allow us to sell and install the machine that fits your needs and budget. We carry systems for 1 kW to 100 kW and have partners that can install machines bigger than that.

We have recently expanded our product lines with the addition of solar systems. The big advantage that solar offers is the ability to start with a small system and over time expand it to fit your needs. We have access to over 50 different panel manufactures and all the brand name inverters. Call us for either ground mounted or roof mounted solutions, sized for your budget and needs.

Chinook Energy is also offering energy audits by a certified Building Performance Institute auditor. We have a full selection of audit options with the most popular being the Infrared Camera Audit. If your home has gas appliances we also offer a Combustion Air Zone test to verify that your appliances are venting correctly and not creating dangerous levels of carbon monoxide.
